Senior Electronic Lead Engineer for medical device development, Copenhagen

About the position:

You will be in charge of designing the electronics solution for battery operated medical devices with focus on the robustness to ensure patient safety. Specifying the detailed design, you base your decisions on analysis and simulations and a well-founded knowledge about sensor technology, low power micro controllers and battery-operated circuits. Quality and effective project execution are key words in the job, and you have great opportunities to influence the products we develop and our way of working.

As Electronic lead you will be responsible for and manage the plans for the electronic design throughout the design process. You will work according to our Electronics Design Life-cycle process and ensure that regulations and standards are met.

You will work in an international and creative environment in Copenhagen and collaborate closely with colleagues based in development and production site in Struer, Denmark.

Qualifications

You have a Master or bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or similar and preferably experience from the Medical Device industry and are familiar with Medical Device Regulations. Experience within low powered battery designs, analogue and digital implementations in small footprint, motor control (DC brushed and Brushless), microprocessors, sensor technology, wireless transmissions is desired.

You are analytical, result oriented and both a team player and set direction in your group. You thrive by solving complex problems and understand the importance of well-structured documentation. Furthermore, you are fluent in English speaking and writing.
