Phillips-Medisize Corp. (“Company”) respects individual privacy and values the confidence of its employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and others. This policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the privacy principles Company follows with respect to its handling of Personal Information anywhere in the world, including transfers from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to the United States.
Company is committed to protecting the privacy of your Personal Information and adheres to the Safe Harbor Principles of the United States Department of Commerce (the “Safe Harbor” Principles”).
We may change or update portions of this Policy at any time without notice to you. Please check back from time to time so you are aware of any changes or updates to the notice. We will indicate the notice’s “revision date” on the notice. Any change to this policy, other than cosmetic changes to improve spelling or grammar, will be communicated via normal company communication channels prior to the effective date of the change.

Customers and users of our Company websites provide Personal Information to us when making an order or contacting us, such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We also collect these categories of Personal Information about our employees and those of our affiliates and facilities around the world for human resources and operational purposes. The information we receive is used to develop, improve, advertise and provide our products and services and to operate our business.
When individuals visit our website, we utilize cookie technology to identify whether they are first time or return visitors and other Internet usage information. The information we collect via cookies is used to determine the type of internet browser that is being used, which pages are being accessed on the site and how long the person stays on a given page. This information is analyzed via Google Analytics to identify opportunities to improve the usability of the web site. Individuals can set their browser to notify them when they receive a cookie, giving them the opportunity to decide whether to accept it. You also have the ability to delete cookies from your hard drive at any time.

Onward Transfer to Third Parties
In order to better facilitate the fulfillment of your requests, provide accurate and useful products and services, and efficiently operate our business, we may utilize the services of third party partners and service providers. If we do share your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties, we adhere to the onward transfer requirements of the U.S. – EU Safe Harbor Principles and the U.S. – Swiss Safe Harbor Principles and may require, for example, that the third party provides at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the Safe Harbor Principles.
We may also share Personal Information in special circumstances, such as a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Company will process and use Personal Information only for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. Company will not process or use Personal Information for any other purpose without your prior consent. Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete and current.
Employees, may access, correct or amend your Personal Information by contacting your local Human Resources Representative. We will also delete your Personal Information from our systems, upon your written request, subject to our information security and retention policies, unless we are required to retain it by law.
Suppliers, may correct or amend your Personal Information by contacting your local buyer within Company. We will also delete your Information from our systems, upon your written request, subject to our information security and retention policies, unless we are required to retain it by law.
Customers, may correct or amend your Personal Information by contacting your local business development representative within the Company. We will also delete your Personal Information from our systems, upon your written request, subject to our information security and retention policies, unless we are required to retain it by law.
We engage in an internal self-assessment process regarding our compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles and this Policy. As part of this process, we regularly review our people, processes and systems for such compliance.
Any employee that Company determines is in violation of this Policy may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

We will investigate all complaints promptly and diligently to address your concerns and resolve any disputes quickly. For complaints that cannot be resolved between Company, and the complainant, Company will participate in dispute resolution procedures that comply with the Safe Harbor Principles.
California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84 give California residents the right to ask us for a notice describing the categories of Personal Information we share with third parties or affiliates for their direct marketing purposes. The notice will identify the categories of information shared and will include a list of the third parties and affiliates with which it has been shared, along with their names and addresses.
